Sleep is an active and dynamic condition that is necessary for all higherorganisms.Owning a good nights sleep would exert restorative functions on our bodyand mind,resulting in a sense of well-being and facilitation of cellular plastic changesthat underlie the molecular mechanisms of normal homeostatic activities.However,with the coming of the industrialization,chronic sleep loss or sleep deprivation (SD)is increasingly become a major public health issue and affects millions of people inour society.
