结合目前中小学教学楼一般采用的砌体及框架结构形式,发现设计、施工存在的问题,对其设计中存在的问题进行研究分析。分析表明,现中小学教学楼结构设计基本可以实现“小震不坏,中震可修”的目标,但“大震不倒”的设计目标尚难保证实现。提出框架-砌体抗震墙结构设计方案,合理利用框架间砌体墙,让砌体墙发挥耗能作用,达到“大震不倒”的设计目标。
Combined with the current masonry and frame structure of primary and secondary school buildings, it finds problems in design and construction, and analyzes the problems in its design. The analysis shows that the structural design of primary and secondary school buildings can basically achieve the goal of “small earthquake is not bad, moderate earthquake can be repaired,” but the design goal of “great earthquake does not fall” is hard to guarantee. The frame-masonry seismic wall structure design scheme is put forward, and the masonry wall between frames is reasonably utilized so that the masonry wall can play the role of energy dissipation and achieve the design goal of “big earthquake does not fall”.
