AFLP (amplified fragment length polymorphism) is a technique of molecular marker which is connected with RFLP and PCR.Its principle involves the selective amplification of a genomic DNA digests using PCR.AFLP has been widely used for clone and crossbreed identification,because it has characteristics:high efficiency,promptitude,stability,accuracy.This lab holds Populus tomentosa triploids,which is acquired by oocyte reduplication.
