Background:Incidence of NAFLD(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease) is increasing as a cause of chronic liver disease.Also,obesity and diabetes are risk factors for the development of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Past hepatitis B virus infection has been considered as major cause of non-viral hepatitis(NBNC) and nonalcoholic(NA) HCC.The aim of this study is to investigate the etiologies and prevalence of NBNC-NA HCC.

大鼠肝血窦内皮细胞的分离、培养及其生物学特征的初步研究
目的 建立大鼠肝血窦内皮细胞(HSEC)的原代分离培养方法，并研究其生物学特性.方法 大鼠肝血窦内皮细胞的分离采用的是原位灌注胶原酶结合Percoll密度离心外加选择性贴壁的方法.在实验研究中本文通过光镜、扫描电镜来观察其形态以及超微结构；用CD31、CD34、CD14、CD45免疫细胞化学染色来鉴定HSEC.

FSH在牛超数排卵中的应用
卵泡刺激素作为促性腺激素的一种，常用于牛的超数排卵，以促进大量多卵泡发育成熟并排出多于自然状态下数倍的卵子。这对于牛的新品种培育、优良品种快速繁育以及优良形状的保持等具有重要作用。在牛的超数排卵中，激素的选择、超排方案的确定、FSH的剂量选择均对其最终超排结果产生重大影响。

基于全二维K562/CMC-HPLC-TOF/MS系统的青黛抗白血病活性成分研究
细胞膜色谱是基于药物与膜蛋白间相互作用的新型高效亲和色谱技术，在中药活性组分筛选中得到广泛应用。本研究在实验室前期工作基础上，构建了全二维K562/CMC-HPLC-TOF/MS系统，并应用于青黛抗白血病活性成分的高通量筛选。成功筛选到靛玉红、色胺酮、异鼠李素等可与K562细胞膜结合的成分，并通过CCK-8和细胞凋亡检测实验成功验证抗白血病活性。本研究提供的新型抗白血病活性成分筛选系统，可为中药等
