本文分别用考虑约束扭转的空间梁单元和20节点三维等参元对叉车门架的整体应力及门架立柱的局部弯曲应力进行了计算研究。考虑了众多以往计算方法中没有考虑的影响因素,并把有限元计算结果和实验结果以及按现行方法计算的结果进行了比较。本文的方法及程序可用于各种叉车门架的应力分析。
In this paper, the global stress of the forklift mast and the local bending stress of the mast column are calculated respectively by the space beam element and the 20-node isoparametric element with the torsion restraint. Considering many influencing factors not considered in the previous calculation methods, the results of the finite element calculation are compared with the experimental results and the results calculated by the current methods. The method and procedure in this article can be used for stress analysis of a variety of forklift masts.
