Essential hypertension indicates circadian rhythm.Circadian rhythm of blood pressure, independent from the blood pressure level, is a predicting factor in cardio-cerebrovascular disease.Indeed,regulating circadian rhythm of blood pressure can reduce the target organ damage, improve the prognosis and enhance the life quality of patients.
