  Hydrothermal treatment(HT)was conducted in aqueous media under non-isothermal conditions to reach maximal temperatures(TMAX)in the range 170–230 ℃,in order to evaluate the effects of the pretreatment severity on the fractionation of corn cob and on the susceptibility of processed samples toward enzymatic hydrolysis.
