目的研究落花生枝叶(Arachishypogaea L.)的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离,运用现代光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果从落花生枝叶中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为:苜蓿酚(Ⅰ),3-羟基-9-甲氧基-6H-苯并呋喃[3,2-C]苯并吡喃-6-酮(Ⅱ),3-异丙基-吡咯并哌嗪-2,5-二酮(Ⅲ),3-异丁基-吡咯并哌嗪-2,5-二酮(Ⅳ),尿嘧啶(Ⅴ),胸腺嘧啶(Ⅵ),胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(Ⅶ),苯丙氨酸(Ⅷ),烟酸(Ⅸ),2-呋喃甲酸(Ⅹ),阿魏酸(Ⅺ),香草酸(Ⅻ),邻羟基苯甲酸(ⅩⅢ),丁二酸(ⅩⅣ)和丁二酸单甲酯(ⅩⅤ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅸ为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Arachis hypogaea L. The method uses a variety of chromatographic techniques for separation and the use of modern spectroscopic techniques to identify compounds. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated from the branches and leaves of A. peanut and identified as alfalfa (Ⅰ), 3-hydroxy-9-methoxy-6H-benzofuran [3,2- (Ⅲ), 3-isobutyl-pyrrolopiperazine-2,5-dione (Ⅳ), uracil (V), thymidine (Ⅵ), thymidine (Ⅶ), phenylalanine (Ⅷ), nicotinic acid (Ⅸ), 2- furoic acid (Ⅹ), ferulic acid Azulene), o-hydroxybenzoic acid (XIII), succinic acid (XIV) and monomethyl succinate (XV). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅸ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
