GABA及GABAA受体拮抗剂Bic对束旁核痛反应神经元电活动的影响

  γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)是中枢神经系统(Central Nervous System,CNS)中重要的抑制性神经递质,其抑制作用主要通过GABAA受体介导,在控制神经元兴奋性方面发挥重要作用。形态学和生理学资料表明,束旁核(nucleus parafascicularis,PF)在中枢痛信息的传递和整合过程中具有重要作用。但是,关于GABA及其受体拮抗剂荷包牡丹碱(Bicuculline,Bic)对PF中痛反应神经元电活动的作用尚未见报道。因此,本实验以伤害性刺激引起PF中痛反应神经元的电活动为指标,研究了GABA及其GABAA受体拮抗剂Bic对痛反应神经元诱发放电活动的影响,以探讨GABA及其GABAA受体在痛觉调制中的作用。本实验采用电生理学方法,以电脉冲刺激右侧坐骨神经作为伤害性刺激,用玻璃微电极细胞外记录PF内痛反应神经元放电。实验分为4组:(1)生理盐水组(n=7);(2) GABA组(n=30); (3) GABA+生理盐水组(n=7); (4) GABA+Bic组(n=20)。
