In this paper,we used the zinc nitrate hexahydrate and hexamethylenetetramine as raw materials,zinc oxide nanomaterials with different morphologies were synthesized by hydrothermal method.The nanostructures and morphology of the products were extensively characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).
