To investigate the effects of acetazolamide on the oxygen uptake of small laboratory animals under hypobaric hypoxia conditions.An automatic,closed-circuit oxygen uptake apparatus is constructed which can be used to measure the oxygen uptake of small animals at any simulated high altitude in a hypobaric chamber.The oxygen uptake of Kunming mice,Hartly guinea pigs and Wistar rats with or without acetazolamide administration at a dose of 45 mg/kg/d for 6 days was sequentially measured at simulated altitudes of 50 m,2,500 m,4,000 m,5,500 m,8,000 m,10,000 m and 11,000 m respectively.

迄今,阻抗血流法在无创检测评估肝脏血流量及肝动脉的容积波中,仍有较高的应用价值。设计拟似肝脏双环状检测电极,覆盖面积稍大于肝脏在体表的投影。排除呼吸引起的肝脏腹腔位移引起的干扰。检测电极选取肝区内部包括肝动脉在内的几个部位,获取肝脏的血流量以及容积脉搏波。
