叶片衰老是受遗传程序严格控制的发育过程,由特殊发育信号通过一定的信号传导路径来启动和控制。但是衰老信号的本质是什么以及衰老信号如何传递,目前还不清楚。前期研究发现,一个LRR型类受体蛋白激酶基因AtSARK通过生长素和乙烯的协同作用调控拟南芥的叶片衰老。我们还分离鉴定了一个衰老下调并能与AtSARK发生体外互作的PP2C型蛋白磷酸酶基因SSPP,在此基础上,我们从AtSARK与SSPP互作的体内验证、AtSARK自磷酸化关键位点鉴定和功能分析、AtSARK与SSPP其他互作组分的分离筛选等几个方面,对AtSARK基因结构与功能的关系及其参与叶片衰老信号传递的分子机制进行了深入探索。
