AIM: To study the interaction pharmacokinetic of single-oral tramadol ,venlafaxine, rotundine and sulpiride in Beagle.METHODS: The interaction pharmacokinetics of tramadol, venlafaxine, rotundine and sulpiride was investigated with single-oral tramadol(QM) , venlafaxine(VL), rotundine(LT), sulpiride(SB) and mixture by turns in six healthy Beagles using a self control trial.The concentration of tramadol, venlafaxine, rotundine and sulpiride in Beagle plasma were detected by RP-HPLC method with fluorescence detector and quantities with internal standard.The pharmacokinetic parameters of QM, VL, LT and SB were obtained with statistical analysis.
