提出了适应当前智能水电站要求的调速器的总体框架,介绍了智能化水电站中新型水轮机调速器的设计思路。介绍了基于ModBus的TCP/IP网络通信设计、采用IRIG-B时钟码的对时方案,具有智能控制单元的电液随动系统、基于三选二冗余技术的高可靠性设计、基于现场总线的数字化变送器采集技术、仿真与测试接口设计等各个方面,希望能为当前智能电网环境下新型水轮机调速器的研究和设计提供一定参考。
The overall framework of the governor adapting to the requirements of current intelligent hydropower station is put forward, and the design idea of a new type turbine governor in intelligent hydropower station is introduced. This paper introduces the design of TCP / IP network communication based on ModBus, the clocking scheme using IRIG-B clock, the electro-hydraulic servo system with intelligent control unit, the high reliability design based on three-selection and two-redundancy technology, Digital transmitter acquisition technology, simulation and test interface design and other aspects, hoping to provide some reference for the research and design of new turbine governors in the current smart grid environment.
