Objectives Coronary stent implantation induces a significant inflammatory reaction in the injured vessel wall that leads to the adverse cardiovascular events.A long pentraxin, PTX3, is a useful marker for localised vascular inflammation and damage to the cardiovascular system, however, its prognostic value in patients after coronary stent implantationremains unclear.

目的 对我院住院患者的病历进行分析点评,促进临床合理用药.方法 根据数据统计,抽取我院住院患者中药占比较高的病历33份,进行病历分析,统计用药指标,对用药进行分析评价.结果 抽查的病历中发现,含中药成分的注射液使用多欠合理,抗菌药物的使用也多出现不合理现象,这两类药物的不合理使用是造成药占比偏高的主要因素.
