In order to research the calcium ions action in acupuncture information conduction and the partial pressure of oxygen of tissue, the calcium ion selective needle electrode and oxygen needle sensor are developed which can be used to monitor calcium ion and partial pressure of oxygen of organism in vivo in dynamic state.
