The incidence of colorectal cancer is the third cancer threatening human health.It hasbeen reported that micheliolide (MCL) could reduce the proportion of AML stem cells(CD34+CD38-) in primary AML cells.DMAMCL, the dimethylamino Michael adduct ofmicheliolide, slowly releases MCL in plasma and demonstrates remarkable therapeutic efficacyin the nonobese diabetic/severe combined immunodeficiency AML models.
