目的 对单人次吸排氧装置细菌污染情况调查。方法 对 30例病人使用的吸排氧装置 ,分别在使用 3d、5d、10d、2 0d ,分部位采样 36 0份作细菌培养鉴定。结果 36 0份样本中有 188份阳性菌株 ,共 11种细菌 ,主要分布在面罩上。使用 3d和 5d的染菌数量有差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,5d以后至 2 0d无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 单人次吸排氧装置优于共用性吸排氧装置 ,但仍需定时消毒处理
Objective To investigate the bacterial contamination of a single inhalation and exhaust unit. Methods 30 cases of patients using the oxygen inhalation device, respectively, in the use of 3d, 5d, 10d, 20d, sub-site sampling 36 0 were identified as bacterial culture. Results There were 188 positive strains in 36 0 samples, a total of 11 kinds of bacteria, mainly distributed in the mask. There was a significant difference in the number of bacteria used between 3d and 5d (P <0.05), but no difference between 5d and 20d (P> 0.05). Conclusion single-inhaled oxygen device is better than the common suction and exhaust device, but still need regular disinfection
