Activation of waste carbon fiber by microwave heating method and adsorption of aqueous dye RB4 using said modified waste carbon fiber was investigated.Modification pharmacy were using HNO3 mixed KMnO4,and the optimum preparation ratio is obtain by the response surface methodology result, waste carbon fiber : HNO3 : KMnO4=15:15:65(w%),then Microwave was set as 800 W,and 20,40,and 60 min(named NP-8-20,NP-8-40,and NP-8-60).
