The CuCo multilayer nanofilms separated by nonmagnetic layers are prepared by the pulsed electron deposition system. The in-plane anisotropy properties of the multilayer are changed with the factors such as layer thickness, deposition temperature and external magnetic field. And the complex permeabilities of the films are analyzed to understand their high-frequency response characteristic. The layer thickness, layer structure and deposition parameter have much effect on the in-plane anisotropy and complex permeability of the multilayer.High in-plane anisotropy of the (CuCo/nonmagnetic)n layers contributes improving their resonance frequency above 1GHz.
