【摘 要】

：

目的 探讨心肌肌钙蛋白T 与肌酸激酶同功酶_MB 在小儿风湿性心脏炎中的临床意义.方法 选择2005 年～2013 年间风湿性心脏炎患儿45 例,同时选择45 例健康儿童作为对照组,分别检测患儿肌心肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)和肌酸激酶同功酶_MB(CK_MB)及心脏彩超,比较两组儿童患儿cTnT 和CK_MB 水平以及心脏结构功能的变化.
