Induced by carp pituitary extract and HCG, this paper measured six biochemical serum components: total protein (TP), triglycerides(TG), total cholesterol(TC), blood glucose(Glu), calcium(Ca) and phosphorus(P).The level of TP remained relatively stable(P>0.05).However, the blood lipid displayed significant difference (P<0.05) until 56th day:TG,TC of the treatment group maintained a high level;while control group kept with a low level.
