  Efficient delivery of proteins and peptides into cells remains a major challenge due to the presence of multiple barriers in intracellular protein delivery.In recent years,functional nanoparticles have been developed to break the biological barriers,but most protein vectors encountered the problems including the need of protein modification or insufficient delivery of large proteins or small peptides.Developing a universal carrier for intracellular delivery of both protein and peptide is urgently needed.
