  Argon-helium knife is a new method for tumor therapy currently.It realizes therapy through fast freezing and fast warming histiocyte, with an increasing clinical use of Argon-helium knife for the treatment of malignant tumors, it is important to understand the immunological and biological events of post-Argon-helium knife cryotreatment.

目的:采用免疫磁珠(MACS)联合定量PCR法检测胰腺癌患者外周血循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs),分析冷冻消融术前后CTCs变化及其与患者预后的关联性.方法:收集2011年11月至2013年6月暨南大学医学院附属复大肿瘤医院收治的20例行冷冻消融术的胰腺癌患者,使用MACS联合定量PCR法检测患者术前及术后10d外周血CTCs.治疗后随访2年,记录患者的预后,分析CTCs对患者预后的预测价值.结果:20
