Mesothelin,as a kind of tumor cell surface differentiation antigen,appears in the early stage of pancreatic cancer.Therefore,it can be used as a potential new target for cancer immunotherapy.At present,detection methods for mesothelin reported in the literature include ELISA,immunostaining,ELISPOT,and sonic immune sensor.In this work,an electrochemical immunosensor based on ITO microchip is proposed and constructed with mesothelin as the immune target antigen.
