Since severe growth retardation and yield loss of Brassica napuscrops were caused by salinity, it is an urgent to identify and isolate salt-related genes from Brassica napus to enhance saline tolerance.Here we selected ten salt-related genes from B.napus which were homologous with eight salt-related genes of Arabidopsis to confirm the relative expression among three B.napus accessions under different NaCl stress.After three B.napus accessions had been subjected to gradient NaC1 concentrations (i.e., 0, 50, 100, 200, 300 mmol L1NaCl) for 25days, the malomdiadehyde (MDA) content, activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) from leaves of rapeseed seedlings were measured.
