溢洪道加固是水库除险加固的重要工程内容,加固后的效果直接影响到枢纽工程的正常运行。喷射聚丙烯纤维混凝土技术是一种比较先进的加固施工工艺,能够提高混凝土抗裂能力,改善混凝土抗冲击性能,提高混凝土抗折强度和抗渗、抗冻能力,使混凝土耐久性大大增强;可以最大限度地减少糙率,同时延长了工程运行寿命,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。本文作者根据从事水库加固施工的实际经验,总结了喷射聚丙烯纤维混凝土工艺的施工过程及效果,对以后同类工程加固施工具有一定的参考和借鉴性。
