短期围栏封育对红松洼自然保护区植物群落数量特征的影响

为了解河北承德红松洼自然保护区植物群落数量特征对短期围栏封育的响应,以当地草原植被为研究对象,通过设置100 m×100 m围栏监测固定大样地,采用样方法对封育区和放牧区植被生长状况进行调查.2年的围栏封育结果表明:围栏内外植物群落的基本组成未发生明显变化,均以披针叶薹草(Carex lanceolata)、珠芽蓼(Polygonum viviparum)、地榆(Sanguisorba officinalis)和裂叶蒿(Artemisia tanacetifolia)等植物为优势种,围栏封育措施提高了草地群落高度、密度和地上生物量.围栏内外群落具有较高的相似性,其物种丰富度指数S、优势度指数DS、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数H和均匀度指数JP差异不显著.两年的短期围栏封育对红松洼自然保护区草原植被群落多样性影响并不显著,红松洼自然保护区草地围栏封育一段时期后,何时能恢复到一定程度并可以进行适当割草或放牧利用,还需要进一步完善实验设计,进行更长时间的监测与研究,以期确定本研究区最合适的围栏封育时间段。
