A total of 70 Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal control group, the Alzheimers disease (AD) model group and the neural stem cells(NSCs) transplant group.The AD model rats were established by microinjection of β-amyloid protein (Aβ1-42) solution into right hippocampal CA1 area.Noggin gene had delivered into cultured rat NSCs, then NSCs were transplanted into the rat lateral ventriclein the NSCs transplant group, and an identical volume physiological saline was given for the other two groups.
