以中医基础理论为指导,在认识研究女性特殊的生殖生理、病理的进程中,以及治疗妇科疾病的过程中,逐步形成了重视肾、肝、脾、天癸、气血、冲任、胞宫、胞脉、胞络及肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫生殖轴的中医妇科学自身独特的理论体系.在临证中结合妇女的生理病理、四诊合参、辨证求因、审因诊治、病症结合、衷中参西,并活用活血祛瘀法、养阴清热法及内外合治,经过严谨的用药,疗效显著.
目的：探讨增龄对老年高血压患者血压昼夜节律特征的影响.方法：将老年高血压患者346例按年龄段分为老年1组(60～69岁,n=77)、老年2组(70～79岁,n=109)和老年3组(≥80岁,n=160),分析3组患者动态血压参数、动态血压昼夜节律异常发生率.结果：24h平均舒张压(24hDBP)老年3组和老年2组均低于老年1组(P＜0 05).3组的血压昼夜节律异常率分别为76.63％、87.16
