目的 回顾性分析经皮穿刺全脊柱内窥镜下治疗游离脱垂型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 2011年6月至2013年6月接受经皮微创全内窥镜下治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者共248例,其中56例重度游离脱垂型纳入研究.43例采用经椎间孔入路,13例采用经椎板间隙入路完成.男35例,女2l例;L2/3节段1例,L3/4节段8例,L4/5节段32例,L5S1节段15例;头端脱垂18例,尾端脱垂35,游离3例.初次
