　　The treatment outcome of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML) was unsatisfied generally and novel approaches was necessitated.We conducted a prospective singlearm, multicenter, phase-Ⅱ trial in which decitabine based chemotherapy followed by haploidential donor lymphocyte infusions (DLI) was applied as induction therapy for 30 elderly patient with acute myeloid leukemia.
