本文通过自动络筒机核心零件运用高速加工技术的具体事例,分析了机械加工企业应用普及高速切削的条件,介绍了铝合金高效率高速加工的若干技术问题,说明了推广高速切削是加工企业既节约成本创造利润又能显著提升加工质量的捷径.因此这项技术有着十分必要的推广理由,无论工厂或企业的大小,正确运用它就能够提升企业竞争力.高速切削是当今世界制造业中一项快速发展的高新技术,在现代工业发达国家,高速切削作为一种新的切削加工理念,被愈来愈多的机械工程师所认可,而高速切削所带来的高切削效率和高切削精度,也是为了不断满足制造业不断发展的需要.现在铝合金的高速切削以及汽车工业所追求的零件生产效率和模具制造业所追求的精密模具硬质材料的切削,都促使高速切削技术蓬勃发展.因此,本文就在国家制造装备业有着重要战略的纺织机械设备自动络筒机的制造上,分析研究其核心零件的制造技术,通过推广高速切削技术提升缩小国内外纺织机械的制造水平.
