随着对课堂教学的认识加深,人们逐渐认识到课堂教学不仅是一种认识活动、情感活动和实践活动,同时也是一种人际交往活动。本文从传统小组讨论存在的问题(组内同质,组间异质;分工不清,职责不明;目标一样,内容相同;个体评价,个别奖励)入手,经过对技工院校英语阅读课堂教学的实践,从组内异质,组间同质;角色分工,依次轮换;目标分割,彼此依赖;集体评价,小组奖惩四个方面对传统小组活动进行了改革、试验并反思,确定了三部法“准备、组织、实施”并分别进行了详尽的阐述,可尝试推广至技工院校理论课的教学活动中。
