目的 研究肝豆状核变性的临床表现、鉴别诊断、诊断标准及治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析1例肝豆状核变性临床资料,并结合文献进行复习总结.资料:一例22岁男性患者,出现言语困难3个月,伴有新快面容.对其进行实验室、影像学等辅助检查以明确诊断,同时予以保肝营养神经控制饮食等对症治疗,诊断明确后采用相应治疗措施.结果 患者血清铜蓝蛋白降低《200mg/L),24h尿铜升高(>40ug),可见角膜K-F环.诊断
