本文通过对复合材料传动轴结构优化、结合复合材料有限元分析及合适的工艺制备了复合材料汽车传动轴总成,并对传动轴总成的静扭强度、疲劳强度和动平衡进行了性能表征,结果表明在保持传动轴装车功能性能不变的前提下,与钢制传动轴相比可以减重40%左右,静扭强度在4000Nm以上,疲劳性能满足汽车行业要求,动平衡转速3200r/min,剩余不平衡力<15gcm,表现出了优异的力学性能。该类型复合材料传动轴可用于四
