Objective: Ibal and GFAP are specifically expressed in microglia and astrocytes.Ischemia-Reperfusion injury is associated with the proliferation of microglia and astrocytes.In the present study, we sought to explore the protective effects of intravenous transplantation of In vitro expanded CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells (tregs) and the influence on the expression of Ibal and GFAP after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats.
