Objective: To investigate the protective effects and mechanism of Catalpol and puerarin freeze-dried powder for injection (CPFPI) on PC12 cell injure induced by CoCl2.Methods: The PC12 cells were pretreated with or without different concentrations of CPFPI (12.25,24.5,49,98 μg·mL-l) for 1h and then exposed to CoCl2 （500 μmol·L-1）.
