阐述了一种系统基于USB协议高速高精度数据采集设计,系统采用一种新型音频A/D芯片AKM5394,利用差分方式进行数据采集,由CPLD芯片及高速、高精度的AKM5394芯片、FIFO,开发高精度高速数据采集系统,并使用USB接口在主机中实现数据存储与图形显示。该系统在Windows 2000或Windows XP环境下的驱动程序及用户应用程序采用的是Visual C++语言实现的,而固件代码则是用C语言实现的。系统具有低成本、高性能的特点,能够广泛应用于精度、速度各方面性能要求比较高的测控、信号分析等多个领域。实验室环境下测量的精度达到22位以上,效果良好。
A high-speed and high-precision data acquisition design based on USB protocol is described. The system uses a new type of audio A / D chip AKM5394 to collect data by differential method.
