The titania/hydroxyapatite composites (TiO2/HAp) were prepared by a hydrothermal method. The physical and chemical properties of the resulting products (TiO2,HAp and TiO2/HAp composites) were fully characterized and the photocatalytic activities of as-prepared TiO2/HAp composites were evaluated by the decontamination of nitric oxide (NO) in air with the simulated solar light irradiation.
