Nanostructured WO3/WO3·xH2O exhibits pronounced photochromism, which makes them attractive for applications in many areas, such as nonemissive displays, smart windows, information storage medias and photochromic switches [1].However, the development of photochromic devices based on WO3/WO3·xH2O are impeded to a considerable degree because of the sensitivity of photochromism [2].Therefore, the development of WO3/WO3·xH2O with improved photochromic sensitivities is highly desired.
