  In this presentation,we experimentally demonstrate a broadband amplitude modulator based on deposition of graphene on germanium(GOG)in the terahertz(THz)region.We observed a wide band tunability of the THz transmission and a maximum modulation speed of~100 kHz at 220GHz.
