目的：癌症是当今世界上最致死的疾病之一。肺癌和膀胱癌高居男性癌症死亡的前列，具有多发性、复发性的特点。发现并阐明癌基因、抑癌基因及其相关的无毒性副作用的药物将为临床膀胱癌的诊断和治疗提供非常有效的临床应用价值。
