Objective: To investigate the effects of Nitric oxide (NO) on the shock-induced biphasic change in lymphatic reactivity and the related mechanism.Methods: The contents of NO, cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), phospho-PKA (p-PKA), and p-PKG were detected in thoracic ducts tissue obtained from hemorrhagic shocked rats.
