  肺高血压(PH)在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSA)患者中发病率较高,并且PH 和OSA 共患病意味着患者更差的预后和更高的死亡率.然而,PH与OSA 之间的仍不清楚,并且缺乏对于疾病的治疗药物.慢性间歇性低氧(CIH)是OSA 的关键发病机制,导致氧化应激增加和炎症发生.2-甲氧基雌二醇(2-Me)是一种雌二醇代谢物,具有抗增殖特性,并已在PH 模型中进行了探索.因此,我们探究了2-Me 是否以及如何改善大鼠CIH 诱导的PH 模型中的血管重构.
