Purpose In our study,we use dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)to compare the permeability characteristics of blood-brain barrier(BBB)in multiple sclerosis(MS)and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders(NMOSD)patients, thus to explore whether permeability could be a novel and reliable parameter to differentiate the pathphysiological differences between MS and NMOSD.
