　　Objective Paclitaxel is a chemotherapeutic drug in clinical treatment of breast cancer.Study on the mechanisms of drug resistance suggests that tumor suppressor genes play an important role in the response of chemotherapeutic drugs.LZTS1 is a tumor suppressor gene on chromosome 8p22 that is frequently altered in human cancers of different histotypes.In this study,we investigated whether over expression of LZTS1 can enhance the sensitivity of breast cancer to paclitaxel.
