Bioleaching of secondary copper sulfide was conducted in two 3L stirred reactors at 30℃.Bacteria culture from Zijinshan copper mine bioheap was applied in this test.Leaching test started from pH 1.2 was carried in reactor A, and for reactor B, start-up pH of 1.5 was used.Results showed that low pH and high redox potential could effectively facilitate both copper and iron dissolution and affected microbial community structure.
