  Objective: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide.Aberrant hepatocyte growth factor/MET signaling has been implicated in hepatocarcinogenesis, suggesting that MET may serve as an attractive therapeutic target in HCC.
