Background Right ventricular septum (RVS) is close to the His bundle,and is the origin area of the biventricular electrical initiation site and could produce the the ventricular activation sequence and biventricular electrical synchronization close to the physiological state,so it is now gradually for pacing.Now lacks large number of researches to compare the efficacy and safety of right ventricular septal pacing and right ventricular apical pacing.So we collect the related trails to evaluate the efficacy and safety evaluation comparison of right ventricular septal pacing and right ventricular apical pacing.
